The Problem: The Black Box

From decades in finance and trading, Jan saw investors struggling with a fundamental dilemma:

Great performance or full control - pick one.

Traditional asset managers hide behind black boxes. You hand over your capital, get quarterly reports, and hope they're doing what they promised. Hedge funds and pooled vehicles offer even less visibility - you don't own the positions, can't see real-time performance, and have no control over what's actually being traded with your money.

And the worst part? When something goes wrong - and it often does - you're the last to know. Your capital is locked up, exposed to risks you can't see, in positions you don't control.

Investors deserve better. There had to be a better way.

AI as a Solution

Ever since discovering AI back in high school, Vinzenz has been fascinated by its potential to solve complex problems. Tinkering at home, learning as much as he could, one thing became clear:

AI can deliver superior performance while giving investors complete transparency.

The breakthrough insight: Use AI for what it does best - pattern recognition, rapid adaptation, tireless execution - while keeping humans in control through transparent, separately managed accounts. Investors shouldn't have to choose between performance and control.
